Salonee is an Indian lawyer admitted to the Bar in 2011. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb),Salonee brings over a decade of experience in complex, high-value civil and commercial disputes. Prior to joining SASLO, she was a senior member of the renowned dispute resolution practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., one of India’s leading law firms, where she advised and represented major Indian and international clients across courts, tribunals, and arbitral institutions.
Salonee is a strong and experienced litigator with a high success rate in both litigation and arbitration. She is particularly skilled in crafting bespoke dispute strategies aligned with client objectives, and is known for her clarity of thought, persuasive oral and written advocacy, and incisive cross-examination skills. Her experience spans abroad range of contentious matters, including shareholder disputes, real estate and construction claims, regulatory and compliance disputes involving government entities, and other high-stakes commercial conflicts.
In addition to her advocacy work, Salonee regularly advises clients on risk mitigation, pre-dispute assessment, and dispute avoidance. She helps clients navigate potential areas of conflict early on, offering practical and commercially attuned advice to minimize litigation exposure and support long-term business continuity.
She is adept at handling both adversarial and alternative dispute resolution processes and is committed to delivering strategic, outcome-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
