SASLO has acted for domestic and international banks and financial institutions on a range of complex financial transactions including cross-border leasing and capital market transactions, aircraft and ship finance, syndicated and bilateral secured and unsecured lending, leverage, private equity, derivatives, acquisition, real estate and project finance transactions.

SASLO advises various banks and finance companies on a variety of issues: including company law/corporate governance issues, product development, new laws, updating standard documents, banker/customer issues, contractual disputes, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering/bribery/corruption laws, privacy and data protection, enforcement action and rights, powers, and remedies under security documents.

We regularly advise on financing and financial instruments, compliance with applicable domestic laws and regulations as well as providing advice and representation of banks in proceedings before courts and arbitration tribunals.
