The successful candidate will have 8+ years’ PQE at a top tier law firm, and must have excellent drafting and negotiating skills. A long track record of working on high ticket M&A and JV transactions is essential. Experience of working on ECM/DCM transactions, and/or transactions in the funds/VC space, would also be highly desirable. It is not a requirement for the candidate to have worked previously on Omani law transactions, but any such experience would be a plus (as would a client following). Oman’s legal market is relatively small, and this role would afford a high-quality and driven lawyer an excellent opportunity to increase their profile.
