We provide a full range of litigation services to our clients, with English and Arabic language capability, from corporate and commercial dispute resolution to employment and Sharia law.  We are regularly briefed to appear before the Primary, Appellate and Supreme Court of Oman, and in arbitration proceedings.

We also attempt to resolve matters through negotiation, mediation or any other appropriate manner for business relationships to be maintained.  If necessary, we have the skills and experience to represent our clients in litigation at all levels. A snapshot of our litigation methodology is given below:

• preparation of appropriate briefs, memoranda and relevant exhibits for submission;
• submission of briefs, memoranda and relevant exhibits to the Court;
• representing in proceedings before Primary Court, Appellate and Supreme Court;
• liaison with any Court appointed experts; and
• assistance and advice in respect of preparation of necessary documents, applications, objections, complaints and grievances before judicial and administrative authorities, ROP and any other government authority.
