Mujtaba  Ali Kazmi is a Senior Associate in SASLO’s Corporate Team with over 15 years  of experience in contentious and non-contentious matters.  

He  specialises in banking and finance, M&A, and projects (including PPP). In  addition, he advises on corporate affairs, corporate regulatory, company  formation, commercial contracts, legal due diligence investigations, and  employment matters. He is also a member of the SASLO transactional team that  advises on ECM and investment funds.

Mujtaba  has a track record of working for internationally recognized and acclaimed  law firms and he has also headed a corporate legal department of a  multi-jurisdictional commercial bank.
