Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Corporate Lawyer role located in Muscat, Oman at SASLO. The successful candidate will be handling high ticket M&A and JV transactions, with the opportunity to work on ECM/DCM transactions and transactions in the funds/VC space. Oman’s legal market is relatively small, and this role would afford a high-quality and driven lawyer an excellent opportunity to increase their profile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE at a top-tier law firm
• Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
• Strong experience with high ticket M&A and JV transactions
• Experience in ECM/DCM transactions or funds/VC space (preferred but not required)
• Client following (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of Omani law (preferred but not required)
• Bachelor's degree in Law
