Sarah Dean is an Australian qualified corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 8 years of practice holding a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Masters of Laws. Sarah has a broad range of experience across the resources, mining, and infrastructure industry, consumer markets and general mergers and acquisitions. Most of her experience to date has been working in private practice law firms such as Norton Rose Fulbright, Herbert Smith Freehills and a smaller boutique firm called KHQ Lawyers.
Sarah’s most recent role was in-house role with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency before moving to Oman to support her husband in a role in the Oil and Gas sector. Sarah prides herself on being able to present commercially driven legal advice for clients and building strong relationships to guide implementation of solutions.
