Ehab is a Senior Lawyer in SASLO's Litigation Team.
Ehab Elamin Hussien graduated from Al-Neelain University, Republic of the Sudan in 1995. In 2004, he established his own private law firm in Khartoum and practiced, both as a litigator and corporate legal advisor. In 2005, he was appointed a Commissioner for Oaths by the Sudanese Judiciary. In his capacity as a legal advisor, advocate and Commissioner for Oaths, Ehab advised and acted for several foreign investment companies operating in the following sectors: agriculture, construction, hospitality, and manufacturing. Ehab has extensive experience in advising companies on corporate commercial and intellectual property matters. During 2016 – 2017, Ehab served as an in-house legal advisor for a major business group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating in the following sectors: real estate, food industry, distribution and marketing.
