Our team has been involved in some of Oman’s significant debt equity swaps. SASLO has advised the project companies of major Independent Power Projects (IPP), Independent Water & Power Projects (IWP) on their obligations under project agreements, shareholders agreements, financing documents and agreements with the lenders, regulatory environment. Manah Power Project was the first privatization project in the power sector in Oman and had received intensive media attention and publicity.
